Seminar / Class / Workshop Submission

Offering a seminar, class, or workshop at the Finger Lakes Natural Living Fair allows you to educate interested individuals in a subject area you are knowledgeable and enjoy. For 2018, we will be able to offer up to 8 time slots utilizing our 1 covered pavilions and the West Lodge.

Covered Pavilion: $15. Includes 10 mins set up and 10 minutes departure time.

West Lodge (indoors): $15 per hour of use. includes 10 minutes set up and 10 minutes departure time.

PLEASE NOTE: Presenters are prohibited from offering a sales or promotional presentation. The presentation should offer value to the attendee without the necessity of their purchasing any item.

To be considered for a presenter’s position, it is very important to submit the following materials at your earliest convenience (as of May 2nd we have very limited slots left):

  7. Presentation Title
  8. Summary of Presentation (100 word max)
  9. Your brief bio (75 words)
  10. Photo (jpg) of your wonderful face!
  11. Indicate Pavilion or West Lodge and how many hours.
  12. Indicate how you would like to pay (Paypal, Check, or Call with Credit Card. FLNLF uses a 3-layer security payment feature).

Once approved, payment is immediately required to reserve your space. You will have the choice of a Paypal link, over the phone credit card payment (if securing indoor facility) or mail a check. Includes a free information table at the an available lodge.

Entertainment Submission

Attendees enjoy all types of entertainment . We have had Body Painting, Acoustical music, Hennas for Kids, Oneness Blessings, Drum Circle, Crystal Bowl Healing, Zumba, Nia to name a few! If you have something that would fit this category that you would like to share with attendees, please complete the information below asap to be considered.

These spots are not to be used for selling products. You will need to reserve a space in the exhibitor booths/table lodges (Stewart, East or Cobblestone)
