Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is the fastest growing, therapeutic self-help process in the world being used by over 20 million people worldwide and it’s easy to use. EFT is the most popular technique out of a group of 30+ methods under the heading of Energy Psychology Techniques. These processes use the body’s energy systems to provide rapid relief for mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical issues.
During this presentation, attendees will learn the basis for this process, exactly what Emotional Freedom Techniques/Tapping is, and how it can help with every-day stressors from the mildest to the worst. The presentation will focus on giving the attendee and overview of the process, numerous conditions that it can be used on and the science/research behind this powerful healing technique, including outcomes from the Veterans Stress Project research and other case studies. The presentation will also provide information about conditions that will stop or prevent progress and healing, and live demonstrations will be offered at the presentation and at my table.
